Let's try resetting your local network equipment, since it's the lead cause of most phone issues when all phones are inoperable at a single location. Please power-cycle all network equipment you have on the same network as your phones (i.e. Modem, Router, Switches).

VoIP phones require a steady Internet connection. Sometime you may have an internet hiccup that may cause you to lose a call, or a network update to your equipment that may conflict with VoIP services. More times than not, if your service was working and now isn't, especially for all phones in the same environment, it's an internet issue or change that is the culprit.
